Engineer - Data Centre & Network Implementation

Department: Data Centre & Network Implementation Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the end‑to‑end construction and management of the company’s Core Network, Transmission Network (equipment), and Service Network engineering throughout their lifecycle. Manage the full lifecycle of projects within the relevant domain, including surveying, design, implementation, and project acceptance, while ensuring quality, schedule, cost, compliance, and safety standards are met. Coordinate with partners, including survey and design units, construction contractors, equipment suppliers, and other third‑party service providers, ensuring effective safety management and evaluation throughout the process. Assist in researching advancements in new technologies. Ensure compliance management within the team, promoting the establishment and implementation of relevant systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in Core Network / Transmission Network / Service Network, with relevant hands‑on implementation experience. Solid project experience and professional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Service Network (including cloud, computing power, etc.). Familiarity with the firm’s construction management processes, material procurement processes, and capital expenditure/capitalization processes. Familiarity with embedded risk management, corporate compliance management, final account settlement, and audit‑related processes. Solid experience in establishing and managing small to medium‑sized construction teams. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
