Project Details Recruit mental and emotional support volunteers to listen, care, and provide basic emotional support to community members in need. What We Need Recruit mental and emotional support companions. Offer brief introductory guides and courses related to mental and emotional health. Volunteer shift schedules are flexible. In these stressful and uncertain times, many children, women, families, and older adults face psychological and emotional challenges. They need a stable, trustworthy, and caring presence. Volunteers with backgrounds in psychology, counseling, social work, education, healthcare, or experience in child, family, or elder services are welcome.
