We're looking for a strategic communicator to take on the role of Head of Communications – Greater China , with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement , and change communications . You'll partner with leaders locally and regionally to drive culture, transformation, and clarity in one of the world’s most exciting automotive businesses. What you’ll do Lead the internal communications strategy across Greater China, aligned to regional (APAC) and global communications frameworks. Deliver engaging employee campaigns that support culture, values, leadership visibility, and transformation (e.g. Accelerate+). Partner with the People Director, MD of Greater China, and Regional Communications Director to advise on messaging and alignment. Create clear and compelling content across internal channels, events, newsletters, videos, and intranet. Develop communication plans for major business change initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Collaborate closely with the APAC Regional Communications team on shared campaigns and knowledge exchange. About you To be successful in this role, you will be: A strategic thinker with minimum 10+ years’ experience in internal and change communications within a complex, multinational environment. Experienced in working within a regional–local communications model (preferably across APAC and Hong Kong). An exceptional writer and storyteller with a passion for clarity, culture, and employee connection. Comfortable advising senior leaders and simplifying complex messages for wide audiences. Digitally savvy, with strong experience managing internal communication channels and campaigns. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
