Java Developer (Backend Software Engineer | API | Tune Performance) Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications and components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding guidelines. Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software functionality and performance. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement software improvements and optimizations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks related to Java development. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with web application development using Java EE or Spring MVC. Knowledge of database concepts and experience working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle). Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
