Identity & Access Management Officer

Requirements Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Strong logical thinking and systematic problem-solving abilities; A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Preferably at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience; Hands‑on experience in identity and access management standards and technologies such as OpenID Connect, LDAP, PKI, Active Directory, and Entra ID; Solid knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and RESTful API; Practical experience in administering Windows servers, Linux servers, and Kubernetes or DevOps environments. Responsibilities Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Office or his/her delegates; Provide after‑office‑hours standby/emergency support and be on‑call when required; Offer technical support and troubleshooting services for the company's identity and access management infrastructure; Assist in conducting research on authentication technologies to strengthen the security and improve the user experience of digital services across the University; Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Active Directory Federated Services to enable seamless integration between company systems and applications; Maintain and ensure the security, performance, reliability, and overall health of the company's identity and access management infrastructure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
