Shipping & Data Entry Officer (Part time) Responsible for supporting logistics and data entry functions on a part‑time basis. Responsibilities Follow up orders and arrange shipment bookings Documentation relating to customer orders, such as invoicing Assist in daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, labeling, handling shipping, preparing orders for delivery, and customs clearance Maintain all asset inventory records for the site and conduct regular reporting Ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor Qualifications DSE or above Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse operations Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Accounting knowledge to issue an invoice will be an advantage Fair English and Mandarin, fluent Cantonese About the Company Savino Del Bene China Ltd is part of the international Savino Del Bene group, which has 125 years of history and is today the first Italian freight forwarder, positioned among the top 20 worldwide.
