You will become a part of a dedicated and supportive team that value efforts and new ideas. Your New Role As part of the sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role to support our Members in building a successful Melaleuca business. You’ll proactively engage with our Members via coaching programs, team‑leader mentor activities, to ensure that they are equipped with the skills, mindset, and motivation to excel. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong and supportive relationships with Melaleuca Members, with the goal to understand their business and assist their business growth Conduct regular one‑on‑one or group coaching sessions with team leaders and their team members, via phone calls, chats and emails Plan and implement coaching frameworks tailored to company’s salesforce Monitor performance metrics, identify skill gaps, and proactively suggest advice, training or enhancement needed Collaborate with Marketing and Event teams to align coaching with business strategy Document and track coaching outcomes, report progress to management Deliver presentation on stage during company events and occasionally travel for overseas incentive trips The position level and title may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications What You’ll Need Passionate and a positiveteam player, dedicated to the betterment of the business Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in coaching or training a sales force, or consulting experience preferably in direct selling / insurance industries Ability to motivate and develop high‑performing sales force Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Proactively suggest improvements and enhance workflow efficiency Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools What You’ll Enjoy 5‑day work week, flexible working hours Company culture promotes work‑life balance and staff wellness Quarterly discretionary bonus and various staff incentive scheme All‑round medical and dental insurance Birthday Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave, full‑paid Paternity Leave Staff purchase discount and monthly free products Birthday and seasonal gifts Interested candidates please submit the application together with a detailed resume, current and expected salary.
