Asst Manager (Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions) - DBM The Undergraduate (UG) Programs Office of the HKUST Business School is searching for a capable, self-motivated and dynamic individual to fill an Assistant Manager position in the Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Team. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the appointees will work with the team on matters pertaining to the recruitment and admissions of high quality local and international students to the HKUST Business School undergraduate programs. charting and delivering marketing and social media campaigns for student recruitment organizing outreach programs and conducting admissions talks for prospective students coordinating student recruitment, interview and engagement events managing the business student ambassador program and initiatives Working outside normal office hours and occasional travel outside Hong Kong may be required. Applicants should have a good honors degree with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). The appointee should be a reliable self-starter and good team player with good marketing sense, the ability to work analytically and systematically, and high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, webpage and social media (e.g., IG, LinkedIn, XHS, etc.) content management. Understanding of local and international education systems and qualifications is a definite advantage. (Duration: 1 year) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
