About the role We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Executive to join our dynamic team at HONG KONG ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT LIMITED. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination and execution of our diverse range of educational programs, playing a vital part in delivering high‑quality learning experiences for our participants. What you’ll be doing Liaise with internal stakeholders, guest speakers, and external partners to plan and execute program activities Provide administrative support, including registrations, materials preparation, and record‑keeping Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for our programs What we’re looking for Relevant experience in event or program coordination, preferably in the education or training industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented approach Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with program management tools Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) What we offer At HONG KONG ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT LIMITED, we are committed to providing a supportive and empowering work environment.
