Responsibilities Develop and implement a regional digital content strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and local market needs. Attend Drive The Assortment Seasonal meetings to understand the key products strategy in order to start preparing the upcoming season (8 months prior to season launch). Project Management: Content calendar & planning built to align with internal and studio teams to ensure prioritisation of shoot in line with business impact and local lead time. Build an efficient E2E process to ensure a smooth coordination with full business impact coverage for all digital channels. Place product sample orders through each key buying session based on market needs & trends, follow closely production, shipment from suppliers to studio with strong track record. Consolidate market needs on a seasonal basis with key focus on catalog content: Packshot, Worn Models, Animation & Performance. Lead E2E lifecycle content production: Creative leadership and hands‑on production to deliver best‑in‑class content across all online channels: briefing, production, versioning, and localisation. Leverage tools like Production, DAM systems to organise, tag, and distribute assets efficiently across markets. Casting briefing and model selection aligned with brand guidelines and regional fitting strategies. Supervise production shooting and ensure the Asia Look & Feel mood is emphasised. Partner with local teams to adapt global content for regional relevance, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy. Be ahead of digital content innovation trends through regular business travels & push features into the Global/Regional Roadmap. Project Leadership Key point of contact for all external vendors for the E2E project management & daily tasks. Build strong relationships with studio/production agencies to ensure brand requirements are perfectly understood. Work closely with key internal stakeholders including Digital Merchandising Manager for seasonal requirements: Catalog & Animation Calendar. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across global, regional, and market levels including eCommerce, Content, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and creative studios. Provide support through Procurement & Legal teams to secure IP and budget topics. Coordinate on IP international rights with markets to extend the asset perimeter using assortment commonality. Performance & Optimization Run shortlist reports to provide clear progression of shoots to all markets and global content team. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion. Conduct A/B testing and support SEO/SEM initiatives to optimise content visibility and effectiveness. Monitor seasonal budget to meet targets and conduct negotiations with external vendors. Track studio performance based on KPIs: event timeline, asset volume per SKU. Explore ways to improve workflows & tools on a regular basis. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in E‑commerce, Information System or Computer Science. 5+ years in Ecommerce & Project Management Roles. Strong 3rd Party Collaboration. Good knowledge of Content Management System. Proficiency in Korea, Japan and ASEAN markets. International Retail Fashion, Premium, Luxury Brands or Production Agency Background. Creative & Fashion Sense Oriented. Detail Oriented. Organisation & Priority Mindset. Analytical & ROI Driven. Strong Communication & Team Player. Disruptive & Initiative Thinker.
