About Us Find Your Shangri-La in Shangri-La. About The Role As a Club Concierge , you will be providing personalized guest services and ensuring seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized guest services, secretarial services, concierge services and food & beverage services. Perform check‑ins and check‑outs. Handle mails, information and airlines reservations/confirmations. Supervise and assist in the training of Club Ambassadors. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines. At least 3 years of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations. Self‑motivated and well‑organized team player. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Club Ambassador.
