What You Will Do

You will join the BMS/HVAC service sales team in Hong Kong & Macau. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales targets, ensure the design specifications of BMS/HVAC are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.

How You Will Do It

  • Support the team to work with clients, consultants, and contractors to get the Service contracts for BMS/HVAC market in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Develop BMS/HVAC base and energy improvement solutions to support clients and consultants on building systems
  • Achieve annual sales targets in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction, evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts to employ the most cost-effective means to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with Company’s sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering
  • Supervise Service sales team and be responsible for overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation processes, marketing, and promotional functions
  • Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Company’s goal, achieving satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency, and effective results
  • Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or customers’ representatives, following up proactively on any customer requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with completed contracts, maintaining a positive, supportive, and hospitable attitude to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship

What We Look For

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales
  • Minimum 3 years’ BMS/HVAC related sales experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking, and able to work under pressure

Preferred

  • Possess Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background
  • Experienced in BMS/HVAC service sales and execution
  • Familiar with Salesforce.com
