Digital Product Design Manager (UX/UI) - Global firm As a Digital Product Design Specialist (UI/UX Designer), you will: Act as the voice of the customer and brand throughout the design process. Deliver detailed digital product design assets including wireframes, UI elements, interactive prototypes, and design systems. Define user experience requirements by identifying user, brand, business, and technical drivers. Create and iterate on digital experience concepts using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Present design concepts and experience principles to clients in a compelling and strategic manner. Collaborate closely with product owners and agile development teams to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation. Contribute to the evolution of design systems and participate in team events, workshops, and community engagements. Shape digital product experiences across platforms in a fast‑paced team. Join a team focused on UX design, agile work, and digital innovation. Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a digital product designer in a consultancy, agency, or in‑house environment. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects across platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Experience in user testing and workshop facilitation. A degree in Visual Design, Interactive Design, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse, fast‑paced environments. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Experience with motion design and familiarity with China/global digital trends is a plus.
