Our client is a fast-growth marketing agency in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high caliber – Account Manager to join their energetic team. Your role: Account Management – 50% Manage day-to-day communication with clients to ensure alignment and smooth progress of digital marketing campaigns. Understand clients’ marketing strategies, communication goals, and KPIs to deliver tailored and results-driven solutions. Conduct market research and prepare compelling proposals for new business pitches and project opportunities. Project Management – 50% Coordinate with internal teams (China and Hong Kong) and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery and high quality of campaign deliverables. Plan, manage, and monitor content and performance across various digital and social media platforms (including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram , etc.). Oversee content creation, ad placements, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluation. Prepare comprehensive performance reports, analyze campaign data, and distill insights into actionable recommendations for clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, account servicing, or project coordination, preferably in an agency or cross-market environment. Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms , including XHS (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions (China and Hong Kong). Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
