Branch Banking Operations & Relationship Manager (Banking & Wealth Management) Company Description: A leading financial institution in Hong Kong offering comprehensive retail and corporate banking services, with strong expertise in wealth management, cross-border financial solutions, and customer-focused operations. Location: Shatin / Kwun Tong / Cheung Sha Wan / Branches across Hong Kong (based on candidate preference) Nature: Renewable Contract (annual) Job Title: Branch Banking Operations & Relationship Manager (Banking & Wealth Management) Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager or Officer level positions. Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations. Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client satisfaction. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with retail and high‑net‑worth clients. Identify customer investment needs and provide tailored financial advice. Promote a full range of retail banking, wealth management, and investment products. Monitor teller performance, provide coaching, and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards. Support branch management in operational risk control and service improvement initiatives. Handle cash transactions, account services, and clerical support with accuracy. Achieve business sales targets through proactive and professional strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. Minimum of 1–2 years of banking or sales experience, with solid operational and product knowledge. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and customer‑oriented mindset. Sales‑driven with solid knowledge of investment markets and banking products. Passed HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5, and MPF Intermediaries Examination preferred or mandatory depending on role. CFPCM / CFMP / ECF – RWM qualifications are an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua. HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above accepted for entry‑level officer positions. Proactive, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
