US Equity Trader / Assistant Client Manager (Night Shift) Morgan Half is proud to partner with a leading Hong Kong-based asset management firm, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a prominent fund management group. Licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for dealing in securities, advising on securities, and asset management, the firm serves as an international hub, offering a diverse range of investment services, including fixed income, equity, index, and alternative investments, to global investors. Its award-winning products have been recognized by top institutions in the financial industry. Work Duties Responsible for trade execution in overseas markets, primarily the U.S. market, including but not limited to stocks, bonds, foreign exchange, and derivatives, executing buy/sell operations based on fund manager instructions. Monitor market trends, adjust trading plans in a timely manner, control trading risks, and ensure trading activities comply with regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with counterparties in Hong Kong and overseas. Prepare trading reports, provide middle-office trading services, and market analysis for the investment team. Participate in team training and knowledge sharing to continuously enhance the team’s international market trading capabilities. Work Requirements Master's Degree or above 6-10 years of experience in trading or related financial fields, with familiarity in global financial market mechanisms. Experience in overseas asset trading, with knowledge of international financial regulations, trading processes, and risk management. Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, near-native level. Strong logical thinking and organizational skills, excellent negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong self-learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to work night shifts.
