Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with business collaborators to drive organizational growth and achieve key business objectives; Lead the execution of strategic business plans for clinical departments, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and service excellence; Strengthen physician engagement at CUHK Medical Centre by fostering meaningful relationships with industry partners and key stakeholders; Drive hospital-physician engagement through targeted internal and external communication initiatives that build trust and collaboration; Coordinate and contribute to activities related to medical education, physician communications, and event planning to enhance professional development and engagement; Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Job Requirements Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, marketing or related disciplines. At least 8 years’ working experience preferably in healthcare industry or Business Development, of which 5 years should be in a managerial position in sizeable healthcare organisations. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Manager, Business Development. Good understanding of issues currently affecting the healthcare industry. Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office applications. Compensation and Employment TermsWe provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
