Project Manager (AI and Machine Learning) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new AI and ML initiatives at Big Boss Taxi Company Limited. As a full‑time Project Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation of cutting‑edge technology projects that drive innovation and transformation within our organisation. Reporting to the COO, this role is pivotal in ensuring AI and ML projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Overview of the result of risky driving alerts from the Driver Performance Monitoring System, which tracks various aspects of driving behaviour such as smoking, poor concentration, front collision warning, or rapid acceleration. Evaluate alerts to distinguish between those that accurately reflect risky driving behaviour (effective alarms) and those triggered unnecessarily (false alarms), reducing alert fatigue among drivers and management. Manual data cleaning: review and refine data collected by the Driver Performance Monitoring System to ensure quality and accuracy, removing duplicate entries, correcting inaccuracies, and addressing missing or inconsistent data. Regularly assess the performance of AI models and systems, aiming to achieve targeted KPIs such as a 5% growth in taxi occupancy rate, 98% system uptime, and an 80% customer satisfaction score. Continuously optimise driver performance metrics, driver scoring algorithms, and driver rewards model. Implement robust project governance frameworks and continuous improvement processes. Provide mentoring and support to junior members of the project delivery team. Ensure the right set of technologies is being utilised effectively. Define research strategies and execute methodologies to ensure project success. Deliver key project outputs in both qualitative and quantitative terms. Own and monitor the end‑to‑end technical development and innovation process. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer with a focus on AI and Machine Learning. Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of complex AI and Machine Learning projects. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, project management tools and techniques. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline. PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable. Benefits Competitive salary (depends on experience).
