Job Description Deliver daily support for front office systems including order management, portfolio modeling, and compliance tools. Troubleshoot and resolve trade booking, pricing, and market data integration issues. Collaborate with investment teams to ensure system reliability and performance during trading hours. Monitor and maintain interfaces with market data providers, execution platforms, and internal systems. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes in coordination with vendors and internal teams. Support pre-trade compliance workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal policies. Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps for knowledge sharing. Assist in UAT and production deployments for new features and enhancements. Provide after-hours or weekend support during critical releases or market events. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience supporting front office systems in asset management, hedge funds, or investment banking. Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX). Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and troubleshooting APIs. Familiarity with order management systems (OMS) and execution management systems (EMS). Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure trading environment. Knowledge of FIX protocol, market data feeds, and trade lifecycle. Exposure to DevOps tools, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and ITIL practices.
