Temporary / Part-time Research Assistant / Technical Assistant (Project No: R6839) (E&L) - (25002SV) Founded in 1989, Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is a modern, vibrant and dynamic university. Our plans to expand into the Greater Bay Area (GBA) will also cultivate talent to serve Hong Kong and the wider metropolitan GBA. We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages. Major Duties and Responsibilities Conduct literature searches; Work with the Principal Investigator to design research instruments and prepare reports; Assist in data analysis; Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator. Candidates For Research Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Educational Technology, or the Social Sciences; For Technical Assistant: At least 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE (or equivalent), including Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics; preferably current undergraduate students majoring in Education, Educational Technology, or the Social Sciences; Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); and Preferably with experience in educational research and knowledge of the applications of AI in education. Terms and Conditions for Appointment The successful candidate(s) will be appointed on a temporary full‑time or part‑time contract basis, with the possibility of renewal.
