Manager - Indirect Procurement, Supply Network Add expected salary to your profile for insights This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end indirect procurement process for materials and services across key categories, including Marketing, Corporate Services, IT, and Logistics. The incumbent will develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and maximize company and brand value through innovation and strategic stakeholder collaboration. Develop and implement comprehensive indirect procurement strategies and metrics aligned with corporate goals. Oversee the entire procurement function, including tracking savings, managing contracts, and monitoring KPIs. Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, from defining requirements to executing RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQs (Request for Quote), and supplier selection. Manage the supplier lifecycle, including onboarding new vendors and optimizing the supplier database. Build and maintain sustainable supplier relationships to ensure long-term value creation. Analyze supplier quotations, evaluate competitive bids, and prepare detailed project summary reports. Collaborate with headquarters, regional headquarters, and cross-functional teams on spending analysis and strategy alignment. Partner with internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges and refine processes. Balance strategic cost-saving initiatives with the required standards of quality and service. Champion continuous improvement by monitoring market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, business management, or supply chain management. Proven experience managing large-scale competitive bidding processes and project risk. Experience in the beauty or retail industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage. Professional certification such as CPSM or CIPS is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential. Professional working proficiency in Putonghua is required. Interested?
