Senior Manager, ERP & Strategy Company: Global Manufacturer Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Overview Our client is a global manufacturer and they are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Manager, ERP & Strategy to join their forward-thinking team. In this role, you will serve as a critical leader, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and related applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with the CTO to establish, centralize, and standardize ERP system architecture and policy frameworks. Lead and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of business application initiatives to meet organizational needs. Design scalable SAP HANA system architectures and develop strategies to enhance ERP functionality and user satisfaction. Act as a technical advisor for adopting and integrating new technologies (such as SAP Analytics Cloud and iRPA) to meet growing organizational demands. Identify pain points experienced by users within the ERP and business application systems and develop innovative solutions to address them effectively. Develop and implement ERP roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic goals. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams engaged in business process optimization and system enhancement projects. Foster collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction. Regularly evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending ways to keep the company's systems innovative and effective. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in ERP architecture design and development with significant expertise in SAP HANA. Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of SAP platforms and technologies including ABAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, iRPA, SAP Scripts, and NetWeaver. Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ERP roadmaps with attention to both technical and business strategy. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams with diverse perspectives, experiences, and skills. Problem‑solving Ability: Exceptional analytical skills to understand user pain points, uncover root issues, and design effective solutions. Technology Adoption: Track record of successfully integrating emerging technologies to enhance existing systems and processes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English, and Cantonese. Occasional business travel is required.
