Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance, resolving customer inquiries and diagnosing technical problems. Facilitate training sessions for customers and team members on the correct operation and care of our products. Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality of equipment. Keep detailed and accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance and quality assurance standards are met. Work closely with cross-departmental teams, such as sales and product development, to provide insights and feedback on customer needs and product performance. Discover and implement ways to improve service processes and equipment functionality, enhancing the overall customer experience. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and special assignments in alignment with organizational objectives. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience in machine repair and customer communication. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. Self‑motivated with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.
