Job Description As an IT Specialist (L1-L2), your main responsibilities will include: Designing, planning, and implementing system infrastructure Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies Collaborating with the IT team to maintain software applications Providing 2nd level support Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution The Successful Applicant A successful IT Specialist (L1-L2) should have: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Proven working experience in providing infra operation support as well as leading regional IT infrastructure related projects Technically solid in storage (SAN), VMware, network engineering, cloud (o365) etc. Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks Experience with virtualization and containerization Experience with monitoring systems Solid networking knowledge Must speak fluent English and Cantonese What's on Offer A culture of innovation and continuous learning The chance to work with a diverse, talented team in Hong Kong We encourage all candidates who believe they can fulfil these roles to apply.
