Join the Exchange Service team at Binance, the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange serving over 250M+ registered users across 100+ countries. As dedicated software engineers, we are responsible for developing and maintaining the core trading platform, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. Our work solidifies Binance as the preferred choice for crypto enthusiasts worldwide. Responsibilities Create detailed and comprehensive test cases and plans . Design, develop, and execute automation scripts as well as manual investigations to resolve backend user issues. Conduct root cause analysis of existing test script failures and product issues. Identify deficiencies in current test scripts and expand coverage through additional scripting. Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features, including defining requirements, expected behavior, and impact. Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure product reliability and stability. Requirements 8+ years of QA / Testing experience , preferably in backend or large-scale distributed systems. Strong experience in middleware and microservice governance testing , ideally with white-box testing exposure. Proficient in Java - able to write code from scratch (live coding assessments will be conducted). Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on coding ability. Experience designing comprehensive test case frameworks and automation design processes. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis , identify systemic issues, and propose effective fixes. Open-source project contributions are a plus. Management experience is a plus (mentoring, guiding, or leading a QA team). Recognized as a domain expert with broad technical understanding, capable of handling production issues effectively and efficiently. Smart, analytical, and adaptable , able to apply learnings across contexts and solve problems holistically.
