Role Summary The Fashion Design & Product Development Manager will play a dual role in creative design leadership and technical product development management for sweaters. Working closely with the Head of Product Development, you will oversee seasonal collections, ensuring designs are trend‑forward, commercially viable, and executed to the highest quality standards. You will also coordinate with merchandising, factories, suppliers, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality products on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of seasonal sweater collections for international clients. Translate market trends, yarn innovations, and color directions into commercially successful designs. Create high‑quality sketches, CADs, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts. Partner with merchandising, factories, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and execution. Oversee fit approvals, sample reviews, and quality standards throughout the development cycle. Optimize team resources to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Support global offices in enhancing business through design innovation and product excellence. Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Knitwear, or related field. 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory sweater design role. Expert knowledge of sweater construction, yarns, knitting techniques, and end‑to‑end product development. Strong skills in trend analysis, color interpretation, and design presentation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and AI design tools. Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage. Creative, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Terms & Benefits 5‑day work week. 13‑month salary + performance bonus.
