QA & Compliance Engineer

We are seeking a QA and Compliance Engineer to join our team You will be responsible for managing product compliance, factory audits, and handling customer claims. Key Responsibilities Product Compliance Management Closely track and conduct in-depth research on domestic and international regulations, standards, and industry norms related to the company's products. Timely identify the impact of regulatory changes on the company's products and formulate corresponding response strategies. Manage compliance for existing range and new products, participating from the product design stage to ensure products comply with all applicable regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. Be responsible for the coordination with labs. Maintain good communication with third‑party certification bodies to ensure the smooth progress of the certification process. e.g., CE certification, UL certification, etc. on time. Factory Technical Audits & CSR Assessment Manage factory technical audit plans and processes, as well as CSR assessment. Identify non‑conformities and potential risk points. Communicate with factory management and relevant staff to analyze the causes of non‑conformities, propose practical rectification suggestions, and track the implementation of rectification measures to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems. Ensure customer claims are handled promptly and effectively. Be responsible for receiving product quality issues and complaint information by customers and detailly record and classify the complaint content. Quickly organize cross‑functional teams to conduct in‑depth investigations and analyses of customer claims and determine the root cause of the problem. Based on the investigation results, formulate targeted solutions, such as product recalls, repairs, replacements, improvement of production processes, etc., and promptly. Profile Minimum 3 years of work experience in product compliance management, factory audits, and quality assurance. Those with experience in specific industries (food contact, construction, furniture, electrical product, material handling, etc.) are preferred. Familiar with relevant industry regulatory standards and certification processes, such as CE, EN, ISO, etc. Rich experience in factory technical audits and CSR audits, being able to skillfully use audit techniques and methods, carry out audit work independently, and accurately identify and evaluate non‑conformities and risks. Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and promote suppliers to improve quality. Successfully managed customer complaints, with good communication and coordination skills and problem‑solving abilities, being able to communicate effectively with customers under pressure, properly solve customer problems. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.). Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and speaking. Skills Proficiency in product compliance management tools and methods, able to accurately interpret and apply relevant regulatory standards. Having good document management skills and being able to write standardized compliance reports and audit reports. Familiar with quality management systems and methods, such as Six Sigma, PDCA cycle, etc., and able to use quality management tools (fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, FMEA, etc.) for problem analysis and improvement. Strong data analysis capabilities, able to use tools (Excel, etc.) to statistically analyze audit data and customer complaint data to provide a basis for decision‑making. Written and spoken Mandarin and English are compulsory for this position, as interface between client QA and compliance requirements and factory operational managers. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability, able to make quick decisions and solve problems in complex situations.
