Branch - Marketing Support Officer (RM Assistant) Add expected salary to your profile for insights To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department To provide operational, administrative and marketing services support to Relationship Managers To handle customers’ enquiries and performing sales referral activities, and customer experience support to enhance service quality in a timely, accurate and responsive manner To support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports and scheduling customer appointments etc. To assist in various marketing activities, both in‑branch and off‑site promotions Requirements University graduate preferred Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) Pass in the HKSI & MPF Examination (or equivalent) is an added advantage Minimum of 3 years' working experience, preferably gained in retail banking field Familiar with retail banking products and related market trend A good team player with strong communication skill, and able to manage tasks efficiently Proficient in MS Office application Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua (Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Assistant) This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme which is implemented by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
