The system also interfaces with multiple systems, including the Asset Information Management Platform (AIMP), the Common Data Environment (CDE), the Geographic Information System (GIS) with spatial data from Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI), middleware for monitoring of E&M live data, and an ERP system and job management system, to facilitate data submission from multiple stakeholders and to provide a comprehensive and unified interface for facility asset management purposes. Duties Design and implement necessary BIM-AM applications and tools to facilitate BIM project handover and subsequent asset management process. Assist in reviewing the workflow for BIM project deliverable handover and acceptance from a technical perspective. Supervise the enhancement and integration of BIM-AM Portal, asset information management platform and CDE with other internal and external systems. Assist in the feasibility study, user requirement elicitation, system analysis and design, integration of data retrieved from Common Data Environment (CDE), Building Management System (BMS), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and associated IoT sensors. Take part in the software development life cycle with both the internal development team and external contractors. To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline, awarded by a university in Hong Kong; or a degree awarded by an overseas education institution to a Hong Kong resident, equivalent or above. At least four years' post-qualification information technology experience, of which two years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity. Extensive IT experience in implementing Geographic Information System (GIS), Common Data Environment (CDE) and/or Document Management System (DMS). Strong API programming experience for systems integration. Solid IT experience in BIM viewer and 3D lightweight technology, computer graphics optimisation, and database optimisation. Preferred experience handling diverse data types, such as BIM models, CAD, geo-tagged data, sensor data, office documents, MEP equipment data, and maintenance job records. Familiarity with common BIM Standards, BIM authoring tools, and viewing tools is a significant advantage. Project experience involving the interaction between BIM, Asset Management Systems, ERP Systems, and Facility Management Systems is highly advantageous. Project experience in BIM, GIS, CSDI, and other electronic drawing submission and approval systems is preferred. Working knowledge of common web application frameworks is preferred. Experience in the full system development lifecycle from project initiation, user requirement collection, to system development. Possess experience in Web Application design, Software development and application maintenance processes, including Incident. Good team player and leader, proactive communication with his / her teammates and subordinates. Technical Skills At least 12 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM). At least 12 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP). At least 12 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM). At least 1 year's experience in Geographic Information System (GIS). At least 1 year's experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD). At least 1 year's experience in Document Management System (DMS). 12 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage. 12 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED) is an advantage. 10 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage. 10 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage. 5 years' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT) is an advantage. 5 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage. 4 years' experience in Rapid Application Development Methodology (RAD) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Knowledge Management Technology (KMT) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Electronic Form (EFM) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Data Modeling (DMO) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills At least 7 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT). At least 7 years' experience in project management (PRM). At least 7 years' experience in software testing (STM). At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV). At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS). Good coordination skills is an advantage. 2 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in project development in specified business areas (PDE) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
