Key Responsibilities Conduct regular valuation and analysis of portfolio investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of valuation data. Perform stress testing and sensitivity analysis on equity investments to assess potential risks and returns. Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes, analyzing their impact on investment valuations and providing strategic recommendations. Prepare post-investment management reports and project review materials to support decision-making and process improvement. Collaborate with investment, risk control, and other internal teams to provide valuation expertise and resolve related issues. Contribute to the enhancement and functional development of the post-investment management system. Qualifications Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-investment management or investment roles within PE/VC or other investment institutions, with solid knowledge of equity valuation methods (e.g., DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis). Strong financial analysis skills; CFA, FRM, or similar certifications are preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Wind, with excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities. Familiarity with international and domestic accounting standards and valuation regulations; high level of professionalism and sense of responsibility. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate, read, and prepare professional reports effectively in both languages.
