We are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential mixed use property, managing leasing, tenants and maintenance activities. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day property management of a residential mixed development Liaise with tenants on tenancy management matters Oversee leasing operations Monitor the performance of contractors & technicians Handle enquiries and complaints Work with head office and ensure smooth stakeholder communication Requirements Degree in property management, facilities management or a related discipline At least 10 years’ relevant experience in property management Mature, self-motivated and responsible Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Good command and fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Immediately available is highly preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Property Manager to work for a famous Hong Kong conglomerate managing a critical part of the property portfolio.
