Job Overview To be fully responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle management of the group company’s bank accounts globally, including account opening, modifications, closure, and daily maintenance. Acts as the key liaison between the company and banks, maintaining positive bank relationships, ensuring efficient and compliant account operations, and supporting other treasury‑related tasks. Core Responsibilities Bank Account Lifecycle Management Lead New Account Openings: Independently manage communication with various banks based on business development needs, prepare the complete set of legal documents required for account opening (business license, articles of association, resolutions, etc.), and follow through the entire approval process until successful account activation. Daily Account Maintenance: Handle account information changes (e.g., legal representative, address, business scope), functional adjustments (e.g., permissions, limits), and the application, replacement, and management of tokens/UKEYs. Account Optimization and Clean‑up: Regularly assess account usage, identify and close dormant or inefficient accounts, optimize the account structure, and reduce management costs. Bank Relationship and Communication Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact between the company and partner banks, establishing and maintaining stable, efficient communication channels. Stay informed about banks’ latest products, services, and fee policies, providing optimization suggestions to management. Coordinate and resolve issues related to account usage, online banking systems, and payment settlements. Compliance and Internal Control Ensure all account operations strictly comply with company internal control policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., foreign exchange management, anti‑money laundering). Safely and accurately custody critical bank account documents, seals, authorization letters, and other important items. Assist in completing internal and external audits related to bank account management. Systems and Data Management Maintain and update the global bank account master database, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all account information. Collaborate with IT or financial system teams to ensure new account information is configured timely and accurately in treasury platforms and treasury management systems. Skills Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate treasury management, corporate banking services, or as a bank relationship manager. Experience independently managing the end‑to‑end process of opening and maintaining multiple bank accounts is preferred. Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations from regulatory authorities concerning bank account management. Thorough understanding of the corporate account opening process and required documentation. Experience managing multiple accounts across multiple banks in a group company or multinational corporation is preferred.
