We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as VP, Product Mgmt Lead Analyst (Credit Cards Partnership/Retention) based in Hong Kong. Role details: Senior level position responsible for developing product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team to promote products, develop new markets, increase market share, and strengthen competitive position. Responsibilities Network relationships: manage Mastercard and Visa in Hong Kong, align with network requirements, and partner with Networks to drive high-impact strategic initiatives for CUL; coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for initiatives. Optimize card portfolio health with a focus on customer retention and network relationships; execute annual fee strategy; deliver programs with clear explanations to senior management. Participate in day-to-day product management for core products including delivery, client experience, and client communications; help prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results. Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members. Oversee client and competitor market research; develop product innovation roadmap; address product commoditization challenges to create advanced solutions. Contribute to achieving acquisition targets, product and revenue performance, and expense management; identify and execute opportunities within business plans. Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management; assess risk in decision-making with emphasis on reputation, compliance, and ethical standards. Qualifications 8-10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of network management, marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics. Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly; works under pressure with deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
