Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy particularly for YouTube, Facebook & other social media platforms, that aligns with marketing and business objectives. Brainstorm and pitch innovative video concepts that are designed to convert viewers into customers. Manage the entire video production lifecycle: from scripting and storyboarding to editing compelling short-form and long-form video content. Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, new platform features, and viral content formats, and strategically adapt them for our brand. Collaborate with designers & videographers to generate creative ideas and content. Requirements Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Advertising / Media or a related discipline. Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on video content creation. Working experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is advantage. Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including FB, Youtube, IG, digital ecosystem and social media campaign lifecycle. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Passion for creating visually appealing and impactful content that resonates with the target audience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
