The Graduate Programme You will gain comprehensive exposure across EcoCeres\' core operations with our international business units, acquiring cutting-edge skills and expertise to lead projects in biofuels innovation, process engineering, and commercial development. In This Role, Your Key Duties Will Include Drive departmental initiatives: Provide direct support on live projects, contributing to the core objectives of your assigned department (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Operations, Technology, Research & Innovation). Execute and analyze: Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and assist in the end-to-end coordination of key projects. Foster cross-functional collaboration: Actively participate in meetings and initiatives that connect departmental goals to the company\'s broader strategy, building a comprehensive understanding of the business. Requirements A bachelor\'s degree in a business-related field or higher. An agile and curious mindset, excited by the opportunity to learn from diverse business functions. Outstanding analytical abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. High emotional intelligence; collaborative, able to exercise sound judgment, and unafraid to ask questions or learn from mistakes. Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. While no prior professional experience is required, a demonstrable passion for learning and a proactive attitude are essential.
