Creative Strategy & Art Direction Support Support the development of creative campaigns by executing visual design for key marketing channels with meticulous detail. Research and analyze industry trends, global design movements, and competitive campaigns; synthesize insights into mood boards and creative briefs to inform direction. Under mentorship, begin to art‑direct specific projects, learning to translate briefs and market insights into visually stunning and effective concepts. 2. High-Impact Visual Execution & Brand Guardianship Champion creative quality and consistency in every asset, acting as guardian for Futubull and moomoo visual identity. Develop high‑quality visual presentations for branding, marketing, and events that influence stakeholders. Adapt core creative assets for regional markets while maintaining brand integrity across cultures. 3. Creative Growth & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Leverage strong English communication skills for collaboration with global partners. Participate confidently in creative brainstorms and reviews, offering researched points of view. Develop project‑management capabilities to move projects from concept to implementation efficiently. 4. Growth & Development Take ownership of complex projects and contribute to large‑scale integrated marketing campaigns. Progress from foundational responsibilities to independently formulating creative strategies and core concepts, building expertise on specific channels and creating industry benchmark cases. Requirements A recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field. Excellent English and Chinese reading, writing, and communication skills; proficiency in both working languages. A strong portfolio that showcases foundational skills and potential for sophisticated conceptual and art‑direction thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with motion graphics is a plus. Familiarity with applied AI‑Generated Content tools for visual concepting is highly valued. Familiarity with brand strategy, global design trends, visual systems, and design concepts. Meticulous eye for detail, typography, and composition driven by a passion for creative excellence. Strong communication, coordination, and project‑management skills; ability to quickly translate concepts into practice. (Preferred) Experience or award recognition in international creative competitions, or relevant project experience in the internet/tech industry.
