Responsibilities Execute daily operations for Fund Total Return Swaps (TRS), including client meetings, sales training, and pre/post-trade project management and co-ordination across front/middle/back offices; Support OTC Product Specialist to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to cross-border derivatives (including total return swaps, OTC options, structured notes, and QFI-related investment products) and deliver to the sales team; Work with traders, product managers, and sales team to develop relevant and compelling product marketing across multi-asset; Perform in-depth research on various projects across different sectors and prepare marketing materials and pitch books. And create new content strategies and sales talks on synthetic prime brokerage business and cross-asset structures products for the sales team; Provide feedback and clients and sales needs to the trading team to enhance trading ideas; Manage the internal product post-on-boarding lifecycle for OTC derivatives and structured notes (including product launch, education, training, and marketing); Deliver full trading tools and structured product opportunities to sales team; Participate in various projects to drive the development of cross-border business. And negotiate with internal parties such as legal and compliance, risk, and operations; Other ad hoc works / projects. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above; Open to all majors, preference given to Finance, Economics, Media/Communications, or related fields; Strong sense of responsibility, fast-learning capability, and attention to details; Proven project management experience with end-to-end execution skills; Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit; Good team worker in an efficient working atmosphere under high pressure; Working knowledge of derivative product structures (TRS, OTC options, structured notes) and related legal frameworks (ISDA) is a definite advantage; Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a definite advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
