Overview Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented ETF Product Development Associate to join our expanding product team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about product innovation and cross‑functional collaboration, with a strong understanding of both Mainland China and Hong Kong financial markets. Based in Hong Kong, the firm offers a broad range of investment solutions across equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies, with a strong focus on cross‑border opportunities and China-related assets. Backed by deep research and disciplined risk management, the company serves institutional and high-net-worth clients with global standards and local insights. Description Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and enhance ETF products, contributing to the diversification and competitiveness of the firm's product offerings Lead coordination efforts across compliance, investment research, operations, and other departments for product setup, modification, and ongoing maintenance Conduct in-depth market research and interpret regulatory policies to support long‑term strategic planning Assist in marketing strategy and promotional initiatives to support business development and product visibility Profile Bachelor's degree or above from a top‑tier university (Mainland China or overseas) Solid understanding of financial and asset management markets in both Mainland China and Hong Kong Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks in both jurisdictions Strong data analysis, statistical, and performance attribution skills Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; hands‑on experience with Python and VBA preferred Skilled in using Bloomberg, Wind, and other major financial platforms Highly efficient, self‑motivated, and responsible with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities Prior experience in mutual fund or private fund product setup is a strong advantage Job Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Exposure to innovative ETF strategies and cross‑border product initiatives Collaborative and dynamic team environment Career advancement opportunities within a leading Chinese financial institution To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
