Job Description Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes for electronic components and parts, including supplier qualification, process validation, and incoming inspection Conduct comprehensive on-site supplier audits to evaluate their quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and product compliance Analyze quality data, performance metrics, and test results to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality targets, key performance indicators, and corrective action plans Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers, helping them optimize their processes and meet our stringent quality standards Participate in new product development and design review processes to ensure quality and manufacturability of electronics parts and other components Document quality procedures, specifications, and work instructions to maintain consistent quality standards Serve as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring cross-functional teams on quality best practices The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or a similar quality assurance role in the electronics industry/automotive industry In-depth understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles in the context of components and parts Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with industry-standard quality management systems Experience in process validation, quality assurance for electronic components and parts, and supplier auditing Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus What's on Offer Guaranteed double pay Performance bonus Medical Dental 5-day working week #J-18808-Ljbffr
