Middle Office Specialist(Equity Finance

Middle Office Specialist (Equity Finance - SBL & REPO) Oversee daily equity settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor and process corporate actions related to SBL transactions Provide trade support functions to SBL, Securities Repo and new business initiatives the desk might cover Demonstrate strong interest in trading and market dynamics, with the ability to grow into a SBL Trader role Liaise with internal teams, custodians, and counterparties to resolve any discrepancies Perform daily Mark to Market to manage exposure and reconciliation, ensuring all daily activities and controls are completed on a timely manner Assist with compliance checks and counterparty relationship management Communicate with new client to perform new client onboarding process Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects, risk management and control initiatives Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferred in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome. Ambition and capability to transition into a SBL Trader position. Solid background in equity settlement and corporate actions, prior experience in middle office or operations within financial services is preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, with sensitivity to numbers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively, willing to learn and adapt to a fast-changing financial environment.
