Reception Manager / Guest Experience Manager Regal Hotels International, one of the largest hotel operators in Hong Kong, owns and manages nineteen hotels across Hong Kong and mainland China. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead our front‑office team, ensuring seamless guest operations, excellent service quality, and efficient handling of enquiries and complaints. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the front office staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.• Oversee guest check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Resolve guest complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest queries and promote upselling.• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth guest flow. Qualifications High Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel front‑office operations, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level. Strong reception operations and customer service skills, including complaint handling and emergency response. Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
