Business Development Specialist/Coordinator | Int'l Law Firm | HK

Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a global presence spanning 32 offices and over 2,000 lawyers and staff, is seeking a Business Development Specialist / Coordinator to join their Hong Kong office. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, Asia , the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across the region. This position involves managing day-to-day business development activities, crafting persuasive content, and collaborating with teams across the firm's global network. Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate pitches, RFPs, and client presentations Maintain BD materials and pitch content library Support global pitch initiatives and content development Manage translations of BD collateral and proposals Update deal descriptions using the firms experience management system (Foundation) Maintain CRM data including mailing lists and client profiles via InterAction Draft internal/external communications and marketing materials Assist in developing and executing BD plans for Asia offices Collaborate with industry groups on regional initiatives Manage legal directory submissions Track budgets, measure ROI, and process invoices Liaise with global BD and marketing teams Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Proven experience in preparing BD collateral, pitch proposals, and RFPs Strong writing and proofreading skills in English; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is highly desirable Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM and database tools preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
