IT Officer

We are looking for a proactive IT Officer to support our technology needs across hardware and software. This role will ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations and assist in developing tech‑driven solutions that contribute to overall business growth. The position requires frequent travel to China to support cross‑border operations and projects. IT Support & Maintenance Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and peripherals. Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity measures. Software & Systems Management Assist in deploying and updating business applications. Help troubleshoot software issues and optimize workflows. Work with teams to explore and implement digital tools that enhance efficiency and support business growth. Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Documentation & Compliance Maintain IT asset records and ensure software licensing compliance. Support adherence to IT policies and security standards. Cross‑Border Support Travel frequently to China to provide on‑site IT support and coordinate technology projects. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in IT support or similar role. Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and common business software. Interest in technology innovation and business solutions. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently to China. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity basics. Knowledge in SAP By Design is preferred.
