Position Overview We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Production Officer to join our team on a temporary 3‑month contract. In this critical role, you will be a key support to the Production Manager, ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong foundation in GMP, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and documentation. What You’ll Be Doing Operational Coordination: Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating the daily activities of the Production Department to meet output targets Documentation Management & Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain critical documentation, including Batch Production Records (BPRs), Validation/Qualification protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full compliance GMP & Quality Assurance: Ensure all production processes and workflows strictly adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and internal quality policies. Conduct routine monitoring of records and logbooks for accuracy and completeness Systems & Hygiene Oversight: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the production documentation system. Monitor production equipment and cleanroom hygiene according to approved GMP procedures Training Support: Participate in the induction and on‑the‑job training of new and existing production staff to uphold operational standards Requirements Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industry (GMP) Solid understanding and practical experience with GMP requirements, documentation practices (BPRs, SOPs), and quality systems.
