We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team Key Areas of Responsibility Provide due diligence support to facilitate investment initiatives across all asset classes, primarily VC/PE funds and direct PE investments. Examples of due diligence support are arranging and participating in meetings with potential investees, gathering/consolidating/analyzing data, building financial models, conducting operational risk assessment, writing investment memos, and contributing ideas towards improving the due diligence process. Perform ongoing monitoring of existing portfolios and investments, such as preparing periodic reports and analysis including return attribution, benchmarking, and exposure; meeting periodically with existing investees for business and financial updates; contributing ideas towards improving the investment monitoring process; identifying and evaluating existing investments for co-investment opportunities. Assist Investment Director in performing fundamental analysis of specific industries and emerging trends and identify the best-positioned external asset managers and/or companies in which to invest. Provide ad-hoc support to trade settlement operations and certain in-house treasury activities. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related discipline Preferred with CPA and/or CFA designation Minimum 3 years of related work experience, preferably in private equity, or transaction/valuation advisory services Solid understanding of fundamental analysis Positive attitude, analytical, detailed minded, demonstrating a high degree of initiative, judgement, and professionalism.
