Overview PURCHASING OFFICER - Europe watch trading / manufacturer (Kwai Fong) at JPC Corporation. Position Summary This role reports directly to the Purchasing Manager and supports the procurement function across sourcing, supplier coordination, and record management. The successful candidate will work in a purchasing team of four members and contribute to the smooth operation of our international supply chain. Key Responsibilities Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement tasks. Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders and delivery timelines. Monitor material supply and report potential shortages. Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier databases. Support price and delivery term negotiations under supervision. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing processes. Ideal Candidates Minimum 1 year of experience in either purchasing or the watch industry. Familiarity with watch components or consumer goods is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficient in English and Mandarin. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
