About the Role As a Room Attendant (房務員) , you will assist with the overall presentation of guestrooms and public areas, ensuring they align with Shangri-La standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. About You At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizable hotels. Customer‑oriented and quality‑driven team player.
