Role Description Supporting the regional Sales in the Asia‑ex Japan region to distribute Nomura’s Asia Pacific equity product Daily execution on client enquiries and maintaining existing client relationships of the firm Introducing product capabilities of the firm to Financial Institution clients Market trade ideas and solutions to clients Developing client distribution strategy & resourcing plan for Equity Distribution in Asia ex‑Japan Work closely with trading, prime services and structuring team Skills, Experience, Qualifications, and Knowledge Required Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in communicating with international teams Fluency in English as well as Mandarin Bachelor's degree in any discipline; CFA candidacy or MBA degree is a plus Self‑starter, proactive and have a positive attitude Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm Able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment, and under pressure Able to work long hours during crunch time / pre‑events Explore Insights & Vision Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
