They are currently seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate transactions. Responsibilities Participate in due diligence processes in Mainland China, including managing questionnaires, compiling reports, and verifying information. Review, draft, and prepare legal documentation for capital markets transactions (IPOs, bonds), listing compliance, and general corporate matters. Prepare due diligence reports and verification notes, providing critical support throughout IPO transactions. Conduct comprehensive company and legal research to support ongoing deals and regulatory compliance. Assist in drafting sections of prospectuses and ensuring accuracy of disclosures. Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as needed. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Degree in Law would be an advantage Minimum 1 year of IPO Paralegal experience in law firms Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
