Top Tier buyside- Administrative associate

Our client is a top tier buyside firm and they are looking for an administrative associate to join their team. The Role Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Collaborate with the IT technician to provide comprehensive IT support, addressing technical issues and inquiries. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate personnel. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking venues and managing supplies. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business (BSc Business) or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or IT support role is preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
